DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased on kimale.co are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. In this case, you shall solely bear the immediate cost of returning the product. You have the right to return your order in whole or in part.

• Returns are not free of charge.

• In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost of the product return.

• You can return your parcel using any postal service. The expenses will be at your charge.

• Remember to ask for proof of purchase from the postal service, to keep a record that the parcel was sent to us.

• Returns on swimwear items are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

• Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.

• Kimalé reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

• Kimalé reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy.

Sale returns

Our regular return and exchange policy for online orders as described above applies during sale periods.

Refunds

All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day
time period will be refunded to the original form of
payment. Refunds will be processed as soon as
returned items under go quality control and are being

Exchange availability
