Delivery within Greece is free of charge for orders over €100.
For orders less than €100 we charge €5 flat fee for standard shipment. For more details on shipment choices please check the shipping page.
We charge €20 flat fee for standard shipment in European Countries , €20 for the U.K, €35 USA and Canada and €45 for the all the other countries. For more details on shipment choices please check the shipping page.
All orders are delivered via our affiliate couriers: Geniki Taxidromiki and DHL.

Items purchased on kimale.co are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. In this case, you shall solely bear the immediate cost of returning the product. You have the right to return your order in whole or in part.
• Returns are not free of charge.
• In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost of the product return.

• You can return your parcel using any postal service. The expenses will be at your charge.
• Remember to ask for proof of purchase from the
postal service, to keep a record that the parcel was
sent to us.
• Make sure all products are exactly as you
received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.
• Kimalé reserves the right to reject any returned
items that do not meet the above requirements. If your
return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
• Kimalé reserves the right to refuse returns that
are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with
the return policy.
Our regular return and exchange policy for online orders as described above applies during sale periods.
All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day
time period will be refunded to the original form of
payment. Refunds will be processed as soon as
returned items under go quality control and are being
accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial
credit card or bank account used for the order
transaction. You will be asked to provide your refund
payment details.
Exchanges requested online are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. Exchanges are shipped at your charge.
Gift orders placed online are eligible for the same return policy as all other online orders. In order to process a return or exchange on a gift purchase, we must first locate the original transaction from the purchaser to determine eligibility. This can usually be done easily with the purchaser’s exact name, email address, or the order number itself.
Please note that gift returns for refund can only be issued to the original form of payment (the purchaser’s), and any online exchanges (size only) will by default ship to the original shipping address from the order and email the new tracking details to the purchaser’s email.
If due to force majeure (i.e. adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.), the courier fails to deliver you the products within the set time-limit KIMALÉ shall not be liable for any situation arising without its fault and shall do whatever is humanly possible for your best service.
